Black flags flown when Mahinda visited Polonnaruwa

A meeting had been organised at the

Isipatanaramaya in Polonnaruwa yesterday which was to be attended by the former president Mahinda Rajapaksa. When the area where the ceremony was held was decorated with blue flags another group had flown black flags near the blue flags. Hence it is reported that the ceremony had to be shifted to another location.

The meeting had been shifted to a close by place to the Isipathanaramaya in the premises of  Roshan Ranasinghe the Member of Parliament’s party activities office.The former president Mahinda Rajapaksa had told the supporters not to do silly things.
