Three tipper vehicles overturned in rare accident

In Akmeemana Ankokkawela area as brakes in one tipper vehicle had failed to respond had knocked

two other tipper vehicles that were parked causing a rare accident when all three tipper vehicles had overturned.

The brakes of one tipper vehicle while travelling on a slight incline had failed and had come down the sloping road had struck two of the three tipper vehicles parked on the slope. After the impact three tipper vehicles had overturned. This was a rare sight after a small accident for any onlooker. Two drivers who were injured had been admitted to hospital for treatment of injuries sustained.
