The Magistrate of the Colombo Magistrate courts Devika

Livera Tennakoon had served summons to the Member of Parliament Duminda R Silva and 13 others alledged to have killed the former adviser to president on trade union matters Member of Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra and  four others at an incident in Himutana.

The Memer of Parliament Duminda R Silva and 13 others have been served with summons to appear at the Magistrate courts Colombo on the 1st April 2015 to hear the case of the above murders.The suspects have 17 charges framed against them.
