Prisoners hate Dinindu's kidnappers

Abductors of Dinindu made to bathe ....   in a toilet-pit in prison!

The 4 suspects who were taken into custody over the incident of kidnapping 4 year old Dinindu Yashen from Meegalewa area in Ganemulla creating a sensation recently were sent to Wariyapola Prisons subsequent to court proceedings.

Their activities were subject to to disgust all over the country and it was understood that that prisoners serving jail sentences for other offences here had not tolerated them. What was reported yesterday was that the 4 suspects had faced harassment at their hands.

The other offenders in the prisons had put these 4 suspects into a toilet-pit and had bathed them with excreta and they had been rescued by prison officials.

After they were subsequently given a fresh bath, they had been separated from other prisoners and prison authorities had taken steps to detain them under special security measures, it was reported.
