A suspect videoed nude by police officer ....
during raid at 'thathsara' massage clinic in Colpetty

Brothels being conducted under the guise of massage clinics are being constantly raided these days, as reported. Certain police officers who go on these raids seem to have some funny, strange desires.

A few days ago, a massage clinic by the name of Thathsara"  came under police raid in Colpetty. One police officer who was among the team of policemen made a strange suggestion to a good-looking girl who was taken into custody there. This officer who asked her to remove all her clothing she was
wearing and to put them aside and then make her lift her arms, proceeding to video her entire nude body with the mobile phone in his hands.

The aforesaid girl who was hopeless being nabbed by the police for having indulged in an immoral activity had consented to the request made by the police officer on that occasion even unwillingly and exposed her body for the video. However, when court action was proceeding in relation to the raid concerned, she happened to reveal the indecent suggestion brought to her by the police officer to the courts through her attorneys-at-Law.

As such, the attorneys-at-Law who appeared on her behalf were advised by Fort Magistrate and Addl. District Judge, Mr. Thilina Gamage to record a complaint to the Attorney-General against the officer of Colpetty police who was involved in the incident of videoing by a mobile phone the nude body of a girl of a massage clinic on a raid which tantamounts to an offence.

A massage clinic by the name of 'Thathsara" in Colpetty was raided by police last week and 4 young girls were taken as suspects and while the raid was being conducted, one police officer in the team had made the said girl nude and after asking her to raise her arms and appear in various postures, videoing the scenes from his mobile phone.
