Modern Kisagothami asks for milk powder - Ranil

Present-day Kisagothami has had to search for milk powder ....
 instead of mustard seeds

 Leader of the Opposition,Mr. Ranil Wickremasingha mentioned  at a meeting held recently that though he drinks black coffee, he is nevertheless aware of the predicament the children and youth of the country are faced with due to the shortage of milk powder currently and that the present-day Kisagothami is compelled to
go in search of milk powder instead of mustard seeds.

His speech is as follows:
                                      "Today there is a big shortage of milk powder. Companies say that if they go on selling this way .... they would be at a loss. What the government says is that they would solve the problem.

Schoolgoing children have no milk powder, even young people have no milk powder ... the elders also don't have milk powder ... I of course drink black coffee. Can these children and  and students attend school, coming without drinking milk powder? The Kisagothami has to go in search of milk powder .... instead of mustard seeds!"
