Kalutara supermarket robbery

How the supermarket was plundered ....
with helmets on

A sum of Rs. 80,000 had been robbed on an evening last week by two men from a supermarket in Nagoda area in Kalutara.

Two masked men had entered this supermarket with weapons in their hands and the supermarket was situated at Kalutara Nagoda junction. The robbers had threatened the customers present and also the
employees of the supermarket driving them into the back section of the supermarket and had later pulled out the cashier's drawer and carried out the robbery. It is understood that they had removed a sum of Rs. 80,000 and fled.

Police are already conducting investigations on this incident in search of the plunderers. The robbery has been recorded in the security cameras in the following manner. The video is seen BELOW
