Wife of senior player in the Sri Lankan cricket team Mahela Jayawardena, Christina gave birth to a daughter on December 3rd. He had announced this joyful news to his cricket fans through the Twitter web page in the following manner:Hi guys. Am absolutely thrilled to announce that my wife Christina & I had a beautiful baby daughter on Tuesday December 3rd.
This is Mahela's wife Christina's first baby.
While Mahela is 36 year's old, Christina, his wife is 32 years old. Christina has been born to a Sri Lankan father and Danish mother. She and Mahela had got married in the year 2005; but the happy news about this birth came 8 years later.
Senior player of the Sri Lankan cricket team Mahela Jayawardena refused to join the forthcoming tour of Sarjah on the Sri Lankan tour because of this personal reason.
