Film actress Gayesha Perera who acted in a naked dance in the film Igilena Maluwo portraying a challenging role which happened to create an uproar in the recent past admitted having done so by saying "Yes of course ... I acted naked scenes" to the Sirasa channel.

She however became annoyed and depressed as that interview was broadcast over the website.

In order to write a newspaper article about that film, Sarasaviya newspaper had contacted Gayesha a few days ago. But, it is reported, that before the telephone conversation was over, Gayesha had disconnected the line saying "Bye". That dialogue has been published in the Sarasaviya newspaper in the following manner:

Yes ... speaking

 Ah ... yes ... what is it?
We called you regarding Flying Fish ...
Here .. here ... ask about anything ... not Flying Fish
No ... we spoke about Flying Fish ...
Now I told you once ... I don't like to talk about it ... please, don't ask about it
Even that ... in whichever way you start the conversation, you finish it here itself ... bye!  So saying she kept the receiver down.
It is a problem to us as to why she did not want to talk about a character that she willingly portrayed.
