I am a man who enjoys myself in the open ...
 anybody knows that-- Minister Welgama

     Minister Welgama who was making a speech recently said that he is a person who enjoys in the open and that everybody knows it.

     He also said that locations should be set up for tourists where they can enjoy. He made this speech by participating at the LOLC Leisure Tourist Development Programme which was centred in Beruwala.

    A part of his speech is as follows: "Tourists who visit a country come not only to see these pillars and historical things .... there are those who come to see only those things of course. But most tourists come today with the idea of relaxing and enjoying themselves. Now for instance ... even if we ourselves go abroad, we too have a desire to enjoy a little.

   Here we stay like devotees. When all of them go abroad of course they are not like devotees. Mr. Piyal Nishantha will say whether it's correct or not. They won't be like that. We also like to go and enjoy. I am of course a person who enjoys in the open even in this country. Anybody knows about it. I of course am not frightened to enjoy".
