Minister Mervin Silva rides a Trailer motor bike in a competent manner

Today morning there was bicycle race that was organised by the Kiribathgoda youth Society For this event the Minister of Public affairs and Public relations Mervin Silva was invited as an invitee.
 He arrived at the starting point, before the start to flag down for the start.  Before that in the presence of many onlookers he borrowed a trailer motor bike of a supporter of a competitor and rode around the place for about a kilometre as a competent rider even without a helmet which made the onlookers to be surprised and to laugh. This was perhaps to attract the public attention.
