BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING ‘MUKUNUWENNA’

A warning not to purchase ‘Mukunuwenna’ from boutiques:

It is learnt from the Ministry of Health that a weed’ Alligator’ is sold in boutiques in particular as ‘Mukunuwenna’ weed. Hence the consumers have been warned to be very careful when purchasing ‘Mukunuwenna’. This is a plea and a warning made to the general public to be very conscious about this fact. It has been proved that the two types of weeds are similar and cannot be distinguished easily.
It has been found and proved that the weed ‘Alligator’ has the power to absorb a metallic substance that is found in the soil. When consumed is injurious to the body as it is poisonous which could even affect the internal organs of the body, which might even lead to the dreaded disease cancer. This had been proved through research.
The authorities of the Ministry of Health have given orders to arrest those who sell the injurious weed ‘Alligator’ to the public as ‘Mukunuwenna’.
