LOVE INSIDE A PRISON BUS ENDS IN AN ASSAULT

‘Ah sister we are not that dark’, had quipped a prison officer to obtain the love of a female prisoner had ended in a fight.

It is reported that a prison officer had tried to behave in a funny manner with a female prisoner and had ended in getting assaulted by a number of other female prisoners.
The incident had occurred yesterday the 26th when on the return journey of the 16 female prisoners who were taken back from attending to Mt Lavinia Magistrates courts back to the magazine prison in the prison bus.
One prison officer had told one female prisoner ‘ah sister we are not that dark’ and tried to feel the body of a female prisoner. She had got very annoyed and she refused to give in the prison officer had slapped the female prisoner. The rest of the female prisoners had got together with the one who was slapped and all had assaulted the prison officer while the bus was plying. The fight had to be stopped by the driver of the bus and another prison officer.
