A MiG-27 aircraft faces an accident
A little while ago, it was reported that a fighting MIG- 27 aircraft of the Air Force crashes in air eight minutes after takeoff.
Air Force Media spokesperson reported that this crash has had happened a little while ago at Dummalasuriya at Nattandiya area and that more details are
still to be received.
It is reported that this accident had occurred during a training session and the pilot had been able to get himself ejected out via a parachute from the air craft. It reported that the remains of the craft have fallen near Sanasa Bank at Dummalasuriya. No deaths have been reported.
