Taking photographs by stopping vehicles on the Highway.
Until a few days it is highway ‘fewer’:
After the people of Sri Lanka, was allowed to view the highway for two days to see its beauty free of charge, the authorities warned that no vehicle could to stop on the highway for any reason, unless the vehicle breaks down. If it is done they would be penalised.
However in complete contrast to the laid down rules the photograph which is shown clearly indicates flouting the basic regulations of a photographer who had without any fear had stopped his vehicle and is taking pictures of the highway. This incident was reported from a place on the highway between Dodangoda and Galanigama areas.
