SRI LANKA CRICKET INVOLVED IN A MASSIVE FRAUD AMOUNTING TO MILLIONS OF RUPEES

SLC’S INVOLVEMENT IN A MASSIVE FRAUD HAS BEEN  UNEARTHED
Srl Lanka SLC was involved in the preparation activities of the 2011 world Cup as a hosting country .During this period several allegations in regard to misuse of SLC funds were reported by many. These were aimed at the related responsible Authorities of the SLC.The funds that were misappropriated were of a very large magnitude.
This massive misappropriation of SLC’s funds was reported today after a discreet investigation by the Government Auditor General to the COPE committee of the Parliament. This investigation was made on alleged reports of misappropriation of funds were brought to the notice by many. 
These irregularities had been manipulated over a long period of time involving large sums of money .A final report has to be submitted to Dew Gunasekera, the Chief of the COPE committee. Further reports on this matter would be known to the public via the media..
