Niroshan's Police Case

NIROSHAN SUBJECTED TO A POLICE ATTACK
The popular Presenter  Niroshan Premaratne Of  ITN’s CHAT ‘N” MUSIC programme is warded at the Kalubowila Teaching Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained by a Police attack. It is reported that he had failed to stop the vehicle he was traveling in when given orders to halt. However when he was stopped, consequent to an argument he had been assaulted to cause injuries.
The Police had failed to identify him as the famous presenter of ITN’s Chat’N’ Music. After this incident the higher Authorities of the Police having heard this case, as a punishment had transferred the OIC of the Panadura Police with immediate effect.
