DESTRUCTION OF PARAPET WALLS IN ALL POLICE STATIONS AND STATE BUILDINGS

A few months ago all parapet walls in Police stations in the City were broken to imitate with those in developed countries with the concept that people should have easy access to public enterprises. The latest information in this regard is an exercise approved to break all walls surrounding Government institutions. This project is carried out by the Urban Development Authority under the instructions of the Ministry of Defence.
Breaking of walls have been implemented by some intellectuals to imitate the manner in which State buildings in developed counties are housed to allow to have easy access for people who visit them to attend to their official matters. It is most important to know whether the related authorities have thought of the required security. What is shown below how the parapet wall of the National Library at Torrington Square was broken?
