The black and red jacket worn by Michael Jackson in the famous 'Thriller' music video, released in 1983, is set to be auctioned. Considered one of the most recognizable outfits in the world of pop music, it was used by him in the scene where he dances with zombies in the video.

The photograph named A (5).jpg, which depicts this valuable jacket made from calfskin, clearly shows Michael Jackson wearing it as well as the jacket's current condition. This historic outfit is scheduled to be auctioned at Julien's Auctions in Los Angeles this coming December. According to relevant sources, the jacket is expected to sell for over $10 million, or £7.6 million.

Due to this expected value, it is also believed that this jacket will break the overall record for the highest price ever paid for a music-related memorabilia. Currently, that highest price record is held by Pink Floyd legend David Gilmour's 'Black Strat' guitar, which sold for $14.55 million this year.
