US President Donald Trump has rejected Iran's response to American proposals for ending the war, calling it "completely unacceptable." He stated in a post on his 'Truth Social' social media account that he had read what he described as the Iranian representatives' response and found it utterly displeasing.

This Iranian proposal was submitted to the US through Pakistan's mediation, and according to 'Tasnim', a semi-official Iranian news agency, it puts forward several key demands. These demands include an immediate end to the war on all fronts, the lifting of American naval blockades, and a guarantee that no further attacks will be launched against Iran.

The ceasefire, implemented to facilitate discussions aimed at ending the war initiated by the US and Israel last February, has largely held up so far, despite occasional minor skirmishes. Under these circumstances, President Trump reiterated earlier this week that the war in Iran "will end very soon."

However, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed a different view in an interview with CBS's '60 Minutes' program. He indicated that for the war against Iran to be considered over, Iran's enriched uranium stockpiles must first be destroyed, and there are still uranium enrichment facilities in Iran that need to be dismantled.

Meanwhile, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, while refraining from directly commenting on the Iranian proposal on Sunday, clarified his stance. He further stated that he would never bow down to the enemy, and that talking about dialogue or negotiations in no way constitutes surrender or retreat.
