A resident of Arizona, he whistled to attract the attention of the indigenous people and left a bottle of Diet Coke and a coconut on the beach as a gift for them. After staying there for about an hour, recording video footage, and putting some sand from the beach in his pocket, he was caught by a group of fishermen while returning and was apprehended by law enforcement in Port Blair.
