It is said that this crisis escalated to such an extent that whenever Prince Harry called his grandmother, the Queen instructed her assistant to stay by her side. The situation worsened after the Oprah Winfrey interview, with the Queen even refraining from responding to her grandson's calls and acting very cautiously.
