'Dehi Bale Malli's wife's birthday party on a Dubai ship

Information has been revealed that Patabendi Madduma's Shehan Satsara, also known as 'Dehi Bale Malli', a powerful drug trafficker and underworld gang leader believed to have fled Sri Lanka and is currently hiding in Dubai, has held an extremely lavish birthday party for his wife on a luxury yacht along the Dubai coastline. These facts have been confirmed by a high-ranking police officer in charge of anti-underworld operations in this country.

Sources state that over ten million Sri Lankan rupees (over one crore) has been spent on all expenses for this party, organized to celebrate the birthday of his wife, Dilsha Nishara, including yacht rental, high-end foreign liquor, and food and beverages. It is also reported that nearly a hundred people, including 'Dehi Bale Malli's closest associates, friends, and his wife's friends, attended the event.

The relevant police officer further stated that during the said birthday party, Dilsha Nishara sang several popular songs, and video clips showing the grandeur of the party held on the yacht and her singing are currently circulating widely on social media platforms.

Meanwhile, several properties worth nearly fifty million Sri Lankan rupees (nearly five crores), allegedly belonging to this underworld leader, were taken steps to be banned by the Financial Crimes Investigation Division last November. These included a land and a house located near the Dikwella Divisional Secretariat, as well as five multi-day fishing vessels named 'Melina 01, 02, 03, 04, and 05' docked at the Dikwella fishing harbor.

These properties were banned under the Money Laundering Act because investigations confirmed that they were purchased in the names of his wife, her mother, and his wife's sister's husband. Additionally, security forces information reveals that several multi-day vessels used to transport drugs, which had been sent to this country under his full direction from Dubai during the past period, were intercepted and seized by the Sri Lanka Navy in the deep sea.
