Prime Minister Harini to Switzerland

Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya left the island today (19) to attend the 56th World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland.

The Prime Minister's Media Division stated that the summit will be held from today (19) until the 23rd in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland.

More than 3,000 global leaders, including heads of state, CEOs of leading multinational companies, policymakers, and technology innovators, are expected to attend this year's summit, held under the theme 'A Spirit of Dialogue'.

During her visit, the Prime Minister is scheduled to hold several high-level bilateral discussions with international leaders, heads of global institutions, and other dignitaries, the Prime Minister's Media Division further stated.
