Royalists who barged into girls school for big match fever ...thoroughly warned!
Over 20 students of Colombo Royal College who barged in to Ladies College in Colombo seven without permission were taken into custody by Colpetty police yesterday (3) and released after a thorough warning.
Apart from this over 10 students moving about Independence Square were taken into custody for
having attempted to enter girls' schools, Cinnamon Gardens police say. Those students were thoroughly warned by officer in charge of Cinnamon Gardens police, chief inspector of police, Saranath Samarakoon. This incident has been reported during the process of the cricket fixture between Mount Lavinia St. Thomas' College and Royal College.
