Lux protests against Deepika who earns 10 crores from 23 trade names

A new talk has cropped up in relation to trade names of India's super Bollywood star Deepika Padukone together with her new film.

The film where Deepika stars known as 'Chapak' is a creation which is linked to two females subjected to an acid blow. One of those who become a victim in that instance is Deepika. The
struggle in which she is involved in to adjust shortcomings in the legal field against those who launch that attack covers the story of this film.

Deepika Padukone is an actress who has signed contracts for 23 trade names including the Lux trade name which product is a Unilever product and earns from it.  Apart from Lux, Deepika is linked to trade names such as Axis Bank, Royal Atmos, Vistara, Kelogs, Nescaffe, Britania, Gilette, Sikuru, Goibibo, Coca Cola, Tarnish, Oppo, Jaguar Lighting, Lorel Paris, Gio, Nestle Fruita Vitalis Tetli Green Tea, Lloyd AC and Maintra. She is paid a sum of Indian Rs. 8 - 10 crores per mensem for her commercials.

It was reported that she has made a request of 26 crores to play a role in a film. Some popular Bollywood persons had identified her action as a brave one even before Chapak film was screened while that story was criticised in social media as a publicity stunt. Subsequently, there were criticisms about Deepika who distorted her face with a blow of acid. A tendency to strike against 'Chapak' and Deepika herself became serious in the social media. Now the difference of opinion was not limited to the film 'Chapak'. It has gone to the extent of becoming a trend of sabotaging all trade names promoted by Deepika. According to a report published in The Economic Times, trade names connected to Deepika have for a period of time begun to refrain from displaying her commercials too.
