Video in which Sanath Jayasuriya reprimands son during cricket training

A video going the rounds these days within the social media shows former cricket captain giving instructions to a budding cricket team being directed by his son Ranuk Jayasuriya. In that instance it is also observed how he engages in somewhat strict advice. 

While this video is circulating in the internet ... the said video has come in for criticism as well as some appreciation too from some corners. One criticism is that it is not acceptable to address tender
children in a harsh tone like that. In the meantime what others have mentioned was that good qualities of a true coach is to be observed thereby. (It is not clear whether he really is the coach of this team). 

In the process, the father of a child who was connected to that particular match has indicated that after thesaid advice the team concerned had been able to clinch 7 wickets for just 5 runs in 4 overs.
