A 14 page report containing data of voice cuts secured again from Hong Kong in relation to voice cuts deleted on Namal Kumara's phone according to his revelation relevant to the Maithri - Gota plan of assassination which paved the way for a revolution in the country was handed over to court by Government Analyst's Department today. 

What was revealed in that instance was that the Indian national called Mercilli Thomas who was taken into custody in relation to this assassination plot for having maintained connection with Namal
Kumara according to the first revelation has had connections with Wimal Weeravansha, Shashi Weeravansha and Namal Rajapaksa. Thus all three of them were summoned to Crime Investigation Department and steps were taken to secure their statements and in the process they had been questioned about this Indian national. Statements secured separately from each of them were revealed in court today. 

What member of parliament has told police was he has no recollection whether he has met this Indian national and that as a large crowd comes to meet him daily ... that he cannot remember whether this person has come. On the other side what Mrs. Wimal Weeravansha MP and Shashi Weeravansha has told Criminal Investigation Department was that the person concerned has come to their house and had further stated that he had even threatened Mr. Wimal Weeravansha. n that occasion Mrs. Shashi Weeravansha has said that Mr. Wimal Weeravansha was not at home and that he had gone to office. 

As such, this Indian national has approached Jathika Nidahas Peramuna office and had met Mr. Mohommed Muzzammil, Mrs. Shashi Weeravansha and Mr. Wimal Weeravansha have told Criminal Investigation Department, it was revealed in court today. Media Spokesman of Jathika Nidahas Peramuna, Mr. Mohommed Muzzamil was summoned to Criminal Investigation Department yesterday (29) in order to record a statement with regard to this incident; however his statement too has not been exposed today. 

Why this Indian national stepped into MP Mr. Wimal Weeravansha's home at a time he was not in the house and what connection Wimal Weeravansha has with those who wove the story about the President assassination are factors that should be inquired into further, the court was told. In the instance this person was taken into custody, though it was mentioned by Indian High Commission to the media that he was a mentally deranged person, no such thing was revealed to court. 

What was uncovered by deleted voice cuts of Namal Kumara in relation to connections maintained by Wimal, Shashi and Namal Rajapaksa the Indian national connected to Namal Kumara will be exposed in court in future. Deputy Inspector of Police, Nalaka de Silva who was in charge of Police Terrorist Investigation Unit and is already in remand custody in connection with this assassination plan and the Indian national Mercilli Thomas is to be once more to be remanded till 13th next month, Fort Magistrate Mr. Priyantha Liyanage ordered today (30).
