Deputy minister of Industries, Mr. Buddhika Pathirana making an accusation on the 10th in parliament referred to ASP Liyanage, Sri Lanka consulate for Qatar said that he is a stupid buffalo. The deputy minister said this at a moment when a debate has taken place in

parliament over a crisis that resulted pertaining to a crisis that has occured in Stafford school.

At one time he was the consulate for Nigeria. When he was there ... he got caught having links with a Mafia gang and was called back to Sri Lanka. Why should someone like that be appointed to Qatar! This Yahapalanaya is a big drop of dung put inside a pot of milk. When I was talking about this, this one has sent me a bottle of whiskey worth Rs. five thousand. I returned it to his daughter. His effort to keep us on his palm ... has misfired!"
