Sri Lankan student in Britain sent to jail for having raped 4 times!
A Sri Lankan student who had been to Britain to pursue further studies had frightened a certain young girl and had raped her on 4 occasions. Found guilty of this offence he was subjected to imprisonment for a period of 12 years and to be expelled from Britain thereafter.
25 year old Agampodi Anuk de Soysa was a resident of Seeduwa, Udammita and had gone for further studies to Manchester Metropolitan University.
According to what was revealed in court by the fairskinned girl was that she had been subjected to this worry from the year 2016. This Sri Lankan who initially came to know her at a party had later on taken her to hotels in Manchester and Liverpool and raped her. On those occasions when she had objected to his advances, he had then introduced himself saying that he had high connections and that he was a 'serial killer' and thus scared her.
"I have killed 37 people. I killed the woman who killed my grandmother by throttling her neck. My father has an oil company in Los Angeles. Its branches are in London and Warrington. We have bodyguards. The police are frightened to tamper with us", he has said. According to points revealed by lawyers in court they proved that Anuk de Soysa has 'mentally blackmailed' this young girl and then raped her. Information that he had directed some threatening messages to the girl's parents too were forwarded.
Anuk de Soysa was taken into custody at the time he had raped her and had been tormenting her. He had broken a television set in the room where he last raped her and had assaulted her on her head and subsequently had ordered her to clean her own blood stains. He had gone to the extent of capturing on video her actions in that regard. Not being able to get away from his torture, she had finally scooted from the hotel and rushed to the police and had complained about all this.
It was exposed in court that this person was suffering from a state of mental aberration possessing 'abnormal personality traits'. What Judge Martin Ruthland explained was that allowing people like this to live freely in society is harmful to society. He also stated that it is impossible to provide any concession to him. It was understood that he was subjected to an imprisonment of 12 years and according to his behaviour the sentence may extend to a period of 5 years (17 upto 2035). It was stated that he should be expelled to Sri Lanka after he completes his period of punishment. Reports about Agampodi Anuk de Soysa have by now been descriptively published in several media in Britain.
