Indian cricketer Virat Kohli who became a popular figure even in Sri Lanka entered into marriage with Bollywood star Anushka Sharma yesterday (11) in Italy.

Quoting Anushka's manager, the NDTV channel reported that the Mohendi celebrations held according to Indian marriage customs was

conducted in a hotel in the town of Tuscany in Italy under strict security and that only a few comrades of the family members were present.  Anushka and Virat had met for the first time in the year 2013 and had started their romance and it was on an occasion when they had gone to appear in a commercial advertisement. Subsequently, moments of their separation and uniting were spotlighted across the media.

Finally, having resolved to live together the first step of their marriage celebration ended up in this manner in Italy. There is news that the marriage is expected to be conducted in a ceremonious manner on this December 26th. A host of various forms of well-wishes have been conveyed to this couple already by several Bollywood stars across the Twitter account.
