Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa visited the prison hospital to see former Secretary to the President and Director General Anusha Pelpita of the Telecommunication Regulatory Comission yesterday (11) and engaged in a dialogue with media correspondents. At that point what he told them continuosly was that no 'sil' cloth fraud has

taken place. But when a mediaman kept on questioning him about indulging in squandering public funds in promotional activities targetting elections, on that occasion the former President lost his temper.
