We achieved our goal despite tear gas

It is reported that the disabled soldiers while creating a pandemonium like situation  close to the presidential secretariat with the backing of the National force for protecting the rights of the war heroes were able to win the demand they were clamouring for.

The President of the national force Corporal UD Wasantha and a number of other office bearers had

got permission to enter the presidential secretariat today.

One of them who was allowed to enter into the presidential secretariat had come out and said that the demand had been agreed to from the February next year.But until they received the promise in writing they had remained in front of the presidential secretariat.it was reported.
