JVP furious over President's  staement

The JVP has been furious on the statement made by the President Maithripala Srisena on the 12th instant.

The leader of the JVP has asked if the FCID and the Bribery and Corruption unit are functioning according to a political agenda he wants to know which political parties are responsible for the

agendas of these institutions.

The JVP has said that in the present government there are  some ministers who have been accused of corrupt and bribery activities but no investigations are been held against them.Hence the JVP wants to know according to which political agenda these investigations are  not happening at the FCID and the Bribery and Corruption commission.

The JVP has added that owing to these statements the JVP has accused  that the FCID and the Bribery and Corruption units  would tend to make their investigations less effective.
