The German national woman Malarwillie Eashwaraja had come to Sri Lanka and lodged in a hotel in Chunnakam.The police officers at the Chunnakam police had arrested her and handed her over to the the terrorist investigation division .They had in turn produced the suspect before the additional Colombo magistrate when this order had been given,
