Lakmana via an Youtube link who had threatened to smash President's skull and brain freed after a stern warning

Via an active u tube link Lakmana Arachchige Sugath Kumara Lakmana had threatened  the President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe that he would shoot the twoon their heads and smash their brains which had gone viral. Lakmana had been since caught and remanded and his case was taken

up at the Chief Magistrates courts on yesterday the 23rd instant.

Sugath Lakmana as he is known is a resident of No11 A Lower street WattaYakkala  was produced befor the Cheif Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya for a verdict.This offence is a serious offence under sections 484 and 486 of the Penal Law code and is a severely punishable offence.However the chief Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya had given a very stern warning to  Sugath Lakamana and instructed the prison officials to release him.

The Chief Magistrate wanted that link in the u tube be deleted.
