Youngster nabbed for capturing on video Prime Minister's convoy of vehicles

A security officer attached to the Prime Minister's  security unit has arrested a youth who had captured on video the Prime Minister's convoy of vehicles. in Kollupitiya area.The person so arrested is a 29 year old youngster a resident of Dematagoda.

This youngster had captured  the convoy of vehicles in which the Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe had traveled via his mobile telephone.This was what the security officer of the Prime Minister's security unit had disclosed. The suspect has been handed over to the Kollupitiya police authorities.

It is reported that up to 12 noon yesterday the 22nd instant it had not been revealed as to what reason the youngster had taken the video photographs.

The youngster was to be produced before the magistrate courts on the 22nd instant.
