At the funeral of Vishwa ,Wimal meets President

The last rites of the general secretary of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party Professor Vishwa Warnapala took place at the general cemetery Kanatta on the 29th instant.

At this occasion President Maithripala Sirisena met the leader of the National Freedom Front Wimal Weerawansa and they have had a cordial conversation. Member of Parliament Dullas Alahapperuma was also present in the vicinity and all three are shown in this photograph.
