Uduwe Thera hospitalised

It has been reported that Venerable Uduwe Dhammaloka thera has been suddenly admitted to a private hospital in Colombo for treatment.

This had been surfaced when the officials of the criminal investigating unit had visited  the temple of the Thera  in Polhengoda to record a statement from him.

The Police officers of the criminal investigating unit had gone to this private hospital to record a statement.As the Thera was under treatment at the private hospital they had been unable to record his statement.

However no person was able to comment on his status of health. However the officers of the criminal investigating unit had said that a statement would be recorded shortly from the Thera.
