Nadeesha Hemamali who has become a luring character at various parties in the internet as well

as music propaganda videos was in fact a tele-actress sometime back. It is now somewhat difficult to identify her as a tele-actress because she is not to be seen in creations. She has replied to the query about this made by Sunday Mawbima newspaper in this manner:

* You're noticed at every possible party .... but Nadeesha is not to be seen in creations!

  Can't be satisfied with creations of this country. There's nothing in Sri Lanka now ... that can really be called creations.If we talk about tele-dramas in Sri Lanka ... we even have to take our clothing with us. Have to take the make-up also. Should take the vehicle too. Things have come to such a level.

  Performing artistes are born  on the basis of the preferences of certain directors and producers. In the same way ... because I can't be satisfied with the management of some creations, I've had to drop those creations even with reluctance.

* Truly .... is that the real story? Or is it that new actresses are invading your position?

  There's no invasion as such. Both my enemy and friend is my ownself. I have a challenge only with myself. What I said was that I cannot be satisfied with the industry in Sri Lanka.
