Shirathi's brother Nishantha Wickremasinghe to presidential commission

It is reported that Nishantha Wickremasinghe the brother of the former president's wife Shiranthi Rajapaksa nee Wickremasinghe is to be summoned

before the presidential commission of bribery ,corruption and financial frauds.

The reason is to obtain statements in regard to alleged fraudulent financial activities that were rampant at the Sri Lankan Airlines during the previous regime. The Chief Executive Officer  of the Sri Lanka Airlines Kapila Chandrasena too have been summoned to the PRECIFAC along with the former chairman Nishantha Wickremasinghe on the 26th January to record statements.
