Advanced Level Firsts .... most from outside Colombo

According to 2015 Advanced Results released today, four of the first positions were claimed by those out of Colombo. As such, it is an
outstanding feature to note that two Firsts were from Kurunegala District. They are as follows:

First position in the Maths Stream: Dasun Jayasingha of Royal College, Colombo

First position in the Science Stream: Thepuli Umesha of Ratnawali Balika Vidyalaya, Gampaka

First position in the Commerce Stream: Sasantha Anuruddha of St. Thomas' College, Matale

First position in the Arts Stream: Jeewa Nanayanamali of Malyadeva Balika, Kurunegala

First position in the Common (General) Stream: Buddhika Chathurangi of Seevali Madhya Maha Vidyalaya, Ratnapura
