The 16th Benedict Higher Education Centre of Bolawalana, Negombo was officially declared opened day-before-yesterday (27) and was presided by President Maithripala Sirisena while

former Secretary of Defence, Gotabhaya Rajapaksa too was present on that occasion. It was an year before that Maithri and Gotabhaya had been seated in this manner at one and the same meeting.
