Karu who was Secretary to the Ministry of media and mass communication appointed deputy minister of same ministry 

Karunaratne Paranavithana has been sworn in today  the 04th instant as the deputy minister of media and mass communication by the President Maithripala Sirisena.A feature of this appointment as he had been the secretary to the same ministry.
