All Undergraduates to get laptops - a suggestion from Ranil

The Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe has brought a proposal to give the opportunity for all University students to have laptop computers on a loan scheme with low interest rates.He had brought this  special proposal in the parliamentary sessions.

He also had promised to provide them with free Wi-Fi facilities as well.He also emphasised the need of a dwelling house to all citizens by the year 2020.He also wants to lift the economic levels of all citizens.He also intends to waive off duty for books and sports goods.
