While hearing cases a snake ( Mapilla) falls on to the table of Kaduwela Magistrate 

The acting Magistrate of Kaduwela Magistrate courts Hemantha Wettasinghe when was hearing cases a snake ( Mapilla) had fallen on to his table causing some chaos

and the hearing of cases had been suspended for a few minutes.

This incident had occurred a few minutes after the cases were begun to be heard in the morning. The acting magistrate had ordered the Muddliar of the court to be silent which he had done with difficulty and after a few moments the proceedings of the courts had commenced.

The staff in the court premises had helped to get the snake ( Mapilla) away from the premises of the court.
