Sri Lankan appointed to Parliament of Canada- He is Sangaree's son

In the parliamentary general lections in Canada held  yesterday a Sri Lankan has been elected to the Canadian Parliament. He is Gary Anandasanagree the son of the leader of the Tamil United

It is reported that in the Canadian Parliamentary election Ananda Sangaree's son Gary Anandasagaree had contested from the Liberal Party and having polled 23152 voted had been elected to a seat in the Canadian Parliament .

It is leant that a huge number of Tamil nationals are living in Canada.Gary Anandasagaree had contested from the Scarborough Rough Park electorate. Another Sri Lankan female who had won a seat in the previous election, Radhika Sithsabeshan had failed to enter the Canadian Parliament this time.
