Investigations continue in Kahawatta in search of the killer suspect

During the past on a number of occasions it was revealed about a spate of women murders reported from  Kahawatta ,Kotakethana ,Opathawatta. But about these controversial murders the suspects had not been properly identified.

The investigations into the last murder of a woman where the suspect could not be identified even with the intervention of the officials of the criminal investigations unit. But when a person who had been found hiding in a bush near a dwelling house where only a woman and her daughter had lived had made the police to commence investigations again.

This mysterious person had been seen by the 62 year old mother and her 29 year old daughter the other day.This mysterious person had been bare bodied and having a sharp weapon in his hand.When the 29 year old daughter had screamed the mysterious man had fled.

After a complaint was made the police with the assistance of the special task force personnel had commenced investigating. However up to now the Police has failed to apprehend the suspect. It is reported that the Police who is patrolling the area had made a log entry at this house a little while before. The mysterious suspect may have been watching until the Police personnel left the place after placing their log entry.

The Police is hence searching for this suspect in the Opahawatta area in Kotakethana, Kahawatta.
