Charging units to charge  electrically run vehicles at all petrol stations

The Minister of petroleum product resources Chandima Weerakkody has made a statement to popularise electrically driven vehicles that a suggestion had been made to fix electric charging units at every petrol station.

In order to supply these charging units very soon tenders are to called to supply these charging units to all petrol stations.

The Minister Chandima Weerakkody has added that he will also through this exercise would make motorcycle a popular mode of transport.
