Water supply hampered in Colombo, Maharagam, Dehiwela and Kotte
It is reported that owing to mixing of oil with the water in the Kelani River the purification of
water had to be made and hence the authorities of the National Water Supply & Drainage board have to had to taken a decision to supply water to Colombo, Kotte, Maharagama, Dehiwala and Boralesgamuwa areas sparingly until the purification process is completed.
